We had hoped there would be clarity around some of government’s FoFA legislative agenda by the end of 2011 but it wasn’t to be. We will be providing you regular updates on, the legislative front, the development of tools to support your transition, how the client engagement process changes under the new regime and impact of client reporting on both new and grandfathered clients.
